This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 23.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16814 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the

investigation in Crime No.186 of 2022 and file a final report within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, after completing investigation in Crime No.186 of 2022, the respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in CC.No.428 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, (FAC), Chengalpattu. 3.
