Mr.A.R.Suresh, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by the time this writ petition could be taken up for consideration by this Court, the suspected impugned order has emanated. Consequently, challenging the sustainability of that Order, W.P.No.6397 of 2015 was already filed by this very petitioner.
