Crl.M.P.No.8163 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.277 of 2015 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.277 of 2015 dated 30.4.2015.

2. This Court, by an order dated 30.4.2015, in M.P.No.2 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.277 of 2015, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, on the first working day of every month until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Public Prosecutor, Pondy submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, Pondy, the said condition imposed on the petitioner

is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, once in three months, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly.
