When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.G.P.Arivuchudar (Enrl.No.129/05) learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this Writ petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and has also made the following endorsement to that effect: " May be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file fresh writ petition after the disposal of SLP before the Apex Court vide SLP.No.12271-12272/2016."
