Order The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2026 and to direct the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner for the period from 01/11/2025 to 23/11/2025, 24/11/2025 to 04/02/2026 and 05/02/2026 to 28/02/2026.

2. According to the petitioner, he is working as a Workshop Instructor in a Government Polytechnic College, Uthangarai. The transfer order passed against the petitioner was challenged in an earlier litigation and in connection with the same, the respondents withheld the salary of the petitioner for the above mentioned period. The petitioner placed an order passed by this Court in W.A.No.254 of 2026. He has submitted a representation to the respondents on 30.04.2026 seeking release of the salary for the above mentioned withheld period. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has come before this Court.

3. Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents and would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered and disposed of.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation

submitted by the petitioner dated 30.04.3026 and pass final order on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
