ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 02.08.2022 made in W.P.No.22957 of 2021.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General has fairly stated that pursuant to the order dated 02.08.2022 of this Court, the petitioner has been appointed for the post of Grade II, Police Constable (TSP) for the year 2019. Therefore, the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court. A copy of the said proceedings dated 27.07.2023 has also been placed before this Court.

3. Taking on record the proceedings dated 27.07.2023 and in view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Advocate General for the respondent, the contempt Petition is closed.
