This application has been filed to receive the additional documents in the suit.

2. The main objection of the second defendant is that the application has been filed belatedly, despite the opportunity, they have not filed the documents and now with such a delay they cannot file the application for reception of the documents.

3. This Court is unable to comprehend as to how such an objection is maintainable. It is for the party to bring forth the relevant documents before the Court. If at all there is any objection with regard to the documents, the same can be raised at the time of marking the documents and same shall be noted by the Master and the objections will be dealt by the Court at the time of disposal of the suit.

4. Accordingly, this application is Ordered as prayed for.

5. Post before the Master on 04.11.2019 for continuation of evidence.
