At the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2.The following line to be included in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 17.08.2022 at the end.

"3..... Since the Special Court is constituted only for the purpose of trial and all other proceedings under Section 200 and 156 Cr.P.C. can be entertained by the learned Magistrate."

3.The Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to the petitioner and also to return the original petition filed by the petitioner.
