This petition has been filed to relax the modified condition that, the petitioner shall report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.6936 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6352 of 2023 in Crime No.29 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, Chennai in order dated 10.05.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
