ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.2946 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019.

2. When the matter was taken up, it is submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and a copy of the Letter no14060/E1/2019-11 dated 23.01.2020 complying with the directions of this Court is placed before this Court. Recording the said statement and the letter, this contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
