ORDER

The petitioner has retired from service on 31.03.2020. Prior to the date of his superannuation, disciplinary proceeding was initiated against the petitioner on 06.03.2020.

2. An Enquiry has already been completed. The respondent has to merely pass appropriate orders based on the representations of the petitioner. The petitioner has sent repeated representations, however no orders have been passed.

3. Appearing on behalf of the respondent, the learned Government Advocate submits that appropriate orders will be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
