ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to register the First Information Report on the complaint dated 03.07.2021.

2. The petitioner had lodged a complaint stating that on 13.06.2021, one Sundharasamy along with one SenthilKumar, who is an advocate, and others trespassed into the petitioner's property and removed the fencing and demolished the tiled house. When the petitioner and her son questioned the same, they abused them in filthy language and threatened them with dire consequences. Hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 03.07.2021 before the first respondent. But, no action taken on the same. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry conducted and the same has been closed. The closure report also served to the complainant.
