The petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to take action on his representation dated 12.10.2013 within a time frame.
2. According to the petitioner, he is an agriculturist. Tvl.Chandran and Sathasivam have encroached upon the Government poramboke land measuring to an extent of 10 acres and formed a Prawn Farming Plant. Since the salt water would cause damage to the neighboring lands, the petitioner sent a representation dated 12.10.2013 to take action against them. Since, there is no proper response, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition.
3. Heard Mr.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Ansar, learned Government Advocate, for the first respondent and Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar, learned Counsel for the second respondent and perused the records.
4. In the light of the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, this Court without going into the merits, directs the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondents are directed to take appropriate action on merits after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
