This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.04.2025 and to provide police protection for retrieving the petitioner's certificates from the residence of his parents within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a reading of the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it is seen that there was a wordy alteration between the petitioner and his father and if at all the petitioner has got any grievance with their parents, he has to work out his remedy in the manner know to law. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the respondent-Police to grant Police protection and hence, the present writ petition is not Pg.Nos.2/4

maintainable. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
