O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P.No.8275 of 2019 dated 27.03.2019.

2. Earlier, this Court had passed an order dated 27.03.2019 directing the respondents to draw the merit rank of the petitioner, based on the community, after verification and the marks obtained by the petitioner without reference to the fact that she applied under the General Category.

Accordingly, as a candidate belonging to the B.C. category, the fresh rank list was drawn and her rank was 2393, which was based on her NEET score as well as the communal roster.

3. It is also pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondents that there were seats available till 15.05.2019 and the last date for admission is 30.05.2019. All the particulars were hosted in the website, but the petitioner has not availed her opportunity.

4. As the direction of this Court had already been complied with, there is no contempt as alleged and the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
