ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 19.11.2018 passed in W.P.No. 30031 of 2018 has not been complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of

this Court has been complied with. She has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the Director of Indian Medicine and Homoeopathy bearing Ref. No.8292/E2/3/2018 dated 29.05.2019, to that effect.

3.The said submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
