Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the entire records relating to the petitioner's husband detention under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 vide detention order, dated 07.07.2022 on the file of the second respondent herein made in proceedings Memo C.No.51/G/IS/Tiruppur City/2022, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's husband namely AJMEERKAAJAA, son of Rajamohammed, aged 36 years before this Court and set the petitioner's husband at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's husband detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 23.08.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.5419, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.

4. Recording the above said submission, captioned Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of as closed.
