ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Meganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the third respondent to consider his representation dated 21.05.2013 and pass appropriate orders on the same for grant of patta in the name of his father.

3. According to the petitioner, his father, viz., Nagamani Padayachi and his brother were issued joint patta No.199 for the property in S.No.91/3. After the demise of the petitioner's father, the petitioner approached the third respondent for issuance of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

separate patta in his name by paying the necessary charges. However, till date no separate patta has been issued. Therefore, he sent a representation dated 21.05.2013 to the respondents and the same is pending as on date. Hence, the present writ petition.

In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2013, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the other joint pattadhars in Patta No.199, conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
