PRAYER The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records relating to the detention order dated 24.04.2025 passed by the second respondent in No.225/BCDFGISSSV/2025 and direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioners husband namely Naresh, male aged 28 years son of Rajendren who is Presently undergoing detention in the central Prison-II,Puzhal, Chennai, Before This Hon'ble Court and set him at Liberty Forthwith .

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.3306, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 10.06.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
