By an order dated 05.03.2021, this Court disposed of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned District Munsif Court, Palacode, to dispose of the Execution Petition in R.E.P.No.24 of 2002, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned District Munsif, Palacode, by a letter to the Registry, dated 27.07.2021, seeks extension of four months time on the ground that due to Covid-19 lock down, case was adjourned on various dates and R.E.P is pending.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned District Munsif, Palacode, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of R.E.P.No.24 of 2002, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
