ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition, which was imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Crl.O.P.No.31517 of 2019 and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the respondent police and he seeks to relax the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent would also reiterated the same as mentioned by the counsel for petitioner.

4. Heard both sides.

5. In view of the submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that he shall report before the respondent police on 1st Monday of every month commencing from December 2020.
