ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Board has placed before this Court the proceedings of the respondent dated 24.07.2023 by which the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2022 has been considered and rejected.

2. This Court by its order dated 12.10.2022 in W.P.No.27242 of 2022, directed the respondent Board to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2022, seeking for inclusion of her name in the list for the post of Lecturer Civil Engineering under the category of MBC (W) (T).

3. Since the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2022 has been considered and rejected by the order of the respondent dated 24.07.2023, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the proceedings of the respondent 2/4

dated 24.07.2023, if aggrieved by the same, in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
