This Original petition has been filed for grant custody of the minor son Ayman Patta, aged about 11 years resideing in the custody of the respondent herein at No.5/1, Thillainayagam 3rd Street, Perambur, Chennai - 600 011 to the petitioner herein on such terms and conditions as this Court may deem fit and proper and to provide such other relief. When the matter came up for hearing on 23.02.2022, there was no representation for petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal" since this original petition for Guardian is pending from the year 2014. As directed, today the matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal" and when the matter is called for hearing, even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
