OP No.597 of 2014 R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., This original Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities held by the deceased R.Manickasamy. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has produced a decree of the 1st Additional Family Court, Chennai, made in OS No.275 of 2013 dated 31.03.2016, in and by which, the dispute between the parties regarding the succession of the Estate of the deceased R.Manickasamy were settled and a final decree was passed by the said Court.

2. In view of the same, the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Original Petition and made the following endorsement: "This petition may be withdrawn."
