prescription of the ratio in the post of Assistant Executive Engineer in the ratio of 3:2:5 to the Municipal Council, other Corporations and Greater Chennai Corporation, respectively and the consequential prescription of a rotation for the said ratio amongst the said three local bodies and accordingly direct the respondents to fix seniority in the post of Assistant Engineer for promotion to the post of Assistant Executive Engineer strictly by following the date of joining as per Rule 192(A) 1 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Rules, 2023.
