O R D E R

The petitioner was terminated by the second respondent vide order dated 09.05.2013. The said order was challenged before the first respondent by way of a statutory appeal. The appeal was filed on 13.06.2013. However, follow up action was not taken by the first respondent, resulting in filing this Writ Petition.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 13.06.2013 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The petitioner is directed to cooperate with the appellate authority for early disposal of the statutory appeal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
