The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order of suspension passed against him and for a direction to the respondent to reinstate him into service. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been reinstated into service by the respondent. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
