Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 3rd respondent relating to the Tender Notification No.27/2015-2016/Tha.Va.Aa, dated 12.01.2016 and quash the same and directing the respondents to split the package system as paver finishing contract workers and small contract workers and also directing the respondents to consider the judgments of the High Court in W.P.No.28210 of 2014 and W.P.No.32296/2014 based upon the Sangam's representation dated 17.12.2014.
