This petition has been filed to quash the complaint in S.T.C.No.206 of 2020 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this case has been arising out of Section 138 of N.I.Act, and the matter was also settled out of Court. He further submitted that the case in S.T.C.No.206 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem, was withdrawn by the complainant. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
