This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court on 18/5/2023 in Crl.OP.No.10736/2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
