This petition is filed for modification of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11867 of 2023 on 26.05.2023.

2. The petitioner did not inform the Court that he was minor on the date when this Court granted anticipatory bail. There is no question of modification of the order. The petitioner had stated in his petition that A3 (petitioner herein) was 18 years and it is on that basis that the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also got instructions from the police. Now to blame the prosecution or the Court does not lie in the mouth of the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies under the Juvenile Justice Act.

3. The petition stands dismissed.
