ORDER

Heard Mr.A.Sundaravadhanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

2. Since this Court do not propose to go into the merits of the petitioner's claim, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner seeks for disposal of the statutory appeal, pending before the first respondent.

4. It is seen from the typed set of papers filed, that the Statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner was directed to be considered by the first respondent by the proceedings of the District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Collector, Villupuram vide his proceedings in O.Mu.Aa.3/24236/2014 dated 24.12.2014.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal petition dated 14.10.2014, in the light of the order passed by the District Collector dated 24.12.2014, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and to other joint pattadhars, if any, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
