ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for execution of sureties to the petitioner as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14116 of 2020, dated 30.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to his illness, the petitioner was unable to surrender and execute sureties within the time stipulated by this Court. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
