Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the order dated 21.04.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 filed under Section 10 CPC in O.A.No.11 of 2020, by deferring further proceedings in O.A.No.11 of 2020 in view of the pendency of O.S.No.441 of 2020 on the file the learned third Additional District Court, Coimbatore. Captioned writ petition and writ miscellaneous petition thereat are listed in the 'Admission Board' before me.

Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, who is before me in this web hearing on a video conferencing platform i.e., Virtual Court, notwithstanding the expansive prayer submits that he abridges the prayer and restricts it to seeking a Mandamus qua first respondent to furnish a copy of the 'order dated 21.04.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in O.A.No.11 of 2020' [hereinafter 'said order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].
3. In the light of the abridged prayer, captioned writ petition turns on extremely narrow compass and it can now be disposed of, in the Admission Board by making an order, which is not in any manner adverse to third respondent (private respondent).
4. Mr.NRR.Arun Natarajan, learned State counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 (official respondents).
5. This Court, with the consent of learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned State counsel takes up the main writ petition.
6. Owing to the simple abridged prayer, first respondent shall furnish certified copy of said order to writ petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any event on or before 20.09.2021. The writ petitioner undertakes to pay necessary charges, if any.
7. Registry is directed to forthwith communicate a copy of this order to third respondent (private respondent) as a matter of good order and as already alluded to supra, this order is not in any manner adverse to rights of third respondent.
