Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the respondent in Letter No.EC1/13500/2010 dated 28.09.2010 with regard to locking and sealing demolition notice for the construction put up at Old No.3, New No.5B, Lamech Avenue, Chetpet, Chennai 600031 by quashing the same and consequently forbear the respondent from initiating any action of locking and sealing demolition with regard to the constructions put up in the aforesaid property.
