O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15268 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15268 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
