Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.6223/A4/2014 dated 16.06.2014 and the consequential order of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.146/2013 dated 01.07.2014 and quash the same and direct the respondents to restore the fixation of petitioner's pay in the Selection Grade Scale of B.T., Assistant with effect from 16.11.2003 and grant him all consequential benefits.

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent dated 16.06.2014 and for the consequential direction to the respondents to restore the fixation of the petitioner's pay in the Selection Grade Scale of B.T. Assistant.

When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 04.12.2024, 17.12.2024 and even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate for the respondents by producing the proceedings of the first respondent dated 06.01.2025 submitted that already the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation on 10.03.1995 and all the benefits had been settled to him without making any recovery. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 2/4

Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
