Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents resulting in the third respondent's impugned notification in his tender notification Na.Ka.A2/3122/07, dated 27.09.2007 and to quash the same as far as item No.1 is concerned i.e., construction of Aachalpuram Village Panchayat Board Building in Colony Street, Aachalpuram Village and to direct the 3rd respondent to continue and complete the construction work on the site in R.S.No.40/12 and 40/2 in Aachalpuram Village, Kattumannar Koil Taluk, Cuddalore District as decided in W.P.No.8277/1994, dated 20.06.2001 by this Court.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is to quash the tender notification issued by the third respondent, dated 27.09.2007. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, during the pendency of the writ petition, the notification was implemented and the construction activities were completed and the offices were functioning in the premises. This being factum of the case, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken as such sought for in this Writ Petition.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
