O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Challenging the interim order dated 27.02.2024 made in this Contempt Petition, Mr.Selvarathinam, 12th respondent in the Writ Petition preferred a Special Leave Petition in SLP(Civil) Diary No.11732 of 2024. The Hon'ble Supreme Court of India granted an order of interim stay on 10.05.2024.
2. That being the factum now brought to the notice of this Court, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. After disposal of the Special Leave Petition, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedies based on the order to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The sub-Application No.560 of 2023 also stands closed.
