ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to measure the petitioner's land and fix boundary in Survey Numbers 448/2 B, 449/2C and 450/2B2A at Palayam Village in Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District on the basis of the application dated 03.10.2023 within the time framed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the father of the petitioner purchased the subject to an extent of 2.01 1⁄4 acres and they were cultivating in the said land. After the death of his father, as the mother and sister of the petitioner had relinquished their share in favour of the petitioner, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the subject property. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given an online application to the second 2/4

respondent to survey his agricultural land and fix its boundaries by paying requisite fee, the same has not been considered by the second respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 03.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
