Even on 15.11.2021 when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 25.01.2022 under the caption ''Default List''. On 25.01.2022 and 20.06.2022 when the matter was called, there was no representation for the petitioners. Hence, for further orders, the matter was listed before the Court. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. 2.All these facts clearly indicate that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.
