Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2015 and reminder representations dated 07.12.2015, 04.01.2016 and 28.01.2016 and to issue educational loan for the petitioner's grand children.
