2. The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any objection for allowing this application. However, he would submit that the allegations levelled against the respondent by the applicant in this application, are false and is denied.

Sni has got any grievance against the respondent, he can raise the same in the arbitral proceedings pending before the Arbitrator. Therefore, this Court is not ignoring the allegations levelled by the applicant, if any, in this application against the respondent, as the relief sought for is for extension of time.
4. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in support of the application, seeking for extension of time for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award.
5.
