ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to finish sureties as stipulated in Crl.O.P.No.16018 of 2020 by its order dated 09.10.2020. within a period of 15days from the date of receipt of copy of the same.

2. This Court had granted Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner on 09.10.2020 on condition that the petitioner shall surrender and execute the bond before the learned XXIII-Metropolitan Magistrate, at Saidapet, Chennai, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready. The order has already lapsed by efflux of time, therefore extension of time cannot be granted.
