J U D G M E N T

The plaintiff is an agreement holder for purchase of certain property and he has laid the suit for return of advance money and also for damages for breach of contract by the defendants.

2. A joint memo of compromise is now filed before this Court, whereby the parties agreed to resolve the dispute.

3. This Court heard the parties and is satisfied with the legality of the memo. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the compromise memo filed. The decree shall be passed in terms of the memo. No costs. 28.06.2022 Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No CM 2/4
