ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents( 1 to 5) to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2025 and consequently direct them to guaranteed living life liberty to the petitioners and his family members against the 6th respondent and his associates.
2. On perusal of records and on submissions made by either sides revealed that no complaint has been lodged by the petitioner so far and that apart, 6th respondent only lodged a complaint and he was issued C.S.No.01 of 2025 and it is pending.
3. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this petition is devoid of merits and accordingly this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 03-06-2026 SMA
