PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, directing the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.520 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police expeditiously within the time as stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.520 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police expeditiously within the time as stipulated by this Court.

2. A status report has been filed by the respondent police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police submitted that the investigation has been completed and a Referred Charge Sheet is going to be filed before the concerned Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor by bringing to the notice of this Court the status report filed by the respondent police, submitted that totally seven witnesses were examined by the police and on a totality of the materials that were collected during investigation, it was found that no case has been made out against the accused person. 3.In view of the above development, the respondent police is directed to file the closure report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court within a period of ten days from today. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Referred Charge Sheet filed by the respondent police, it is always left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy by filing an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate protest petition before the Court and workout her remedy in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
