This petition has been filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second and third respondents in Crl.O.P.No.13451 of 2022, dated 13.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this petition on the ground that the accused persons namely the second and third respondents, indulged in similar type of offences after obtaining anticipatory bail before this Court. That apart, they are tampering the witnesses.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner raised 2 grounds, to substantiate the same, no evidence has been produced before this Court. That apart, for the alleged second occurrence, there is no complaint filed by the petitioner herein. However, the investigation is still pending.

5. Therefore, this Court finds no merits to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the second and third respondents in Crl.O.P.No.13451 of 2022, dated 13.06.2022. However, the respondents 2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
