This petition has been filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in Spl.S.C.No.144 of 2021 pending before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act.

2. The personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with, except when ever the petitioner is directed by the trial Court to appear for further proceedings.
