It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that both the complaint given by the counter petitioner viz., Victor and the complaint given by the petitioner are pending for enquiry and further, represented that the matter was referred to RDO enquiry under Section 107 Cr.P.C and the petitioner may be directed to appear before the RDO for concluding the enquiry. 2.In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before RDO for enquiry. At this stage, the grant of police protection sought for by the petitioner cannot be extended.
